ObamaCare has written penalties of $1.3M per day if violated. I
have searched the US Constitution high and low but failed to
find any section supporting her decision. |

I extend to you and the Afghan people my sincere apologies." It then occurred to me, I have never heard Obama request an apology from any muslim for the burning, by muslims, of hundreds of Christian Churches and Jewish Synagogues or the rape, maiming and slaughter of thousands of Christians and Jews. Curious. I wonder why. |
| 02/22/12 | Obama's 2013 proposed budget wants to raise the tax rates on corporate dividends from 15% to 39.6%. This tax is on income which corporations have already paid income tax of 35%, not counting state and local taxes. Add the two together and Obama wants the government's share of that after-tax income passed through to shareholders to be 74.6%. And don't forget the ObamaCare investment tax surcharge of 3.8% and add whatever share your state and city feel they are entitled to. When the total tax on dividends approaches 90%, corporations will stop paying dividends. Everyone, except the government, loses. |
