Innocent Americans are dead and the world wide slaughter by muslims everywhere continue. Obama will blame the gun and will NEVER mention the killers were muslim.

10/23	Today, Obama's Department of Justice told congress the IRS mishandled Tea Party and other conservative groups, that it was "disquieting" but AAG Kadzik wrote that “Ineffective management is not a crime.” Ms. Lois "Fifth Amendment" Lerner was also cleared for her role in denying the conservative groups legal status and for physically destroying her computer hard drives that contained the data necessary to charge her. Do not forget, the IRS physically destroyed over 40 other hard drives during the same period. That is a lot of hard drive failures in a small group of bureaucrats.
10/20	Today, Obama announced that illegal aliens are ENTITLED to student financial aid and scholarships in the American school system. Scholarships are finite in number, not infinite. To give any Scholarship to an illegal alien, an American student must first be denied.
10/03	Beginning the first of this fiscal year, the Obama administration has baned all pork products from federal prisons menu. No bacon, no pork chops no ham. The prisoners are angry. However, muslims are happy.

10/02	Obama, our glib president feigning outrage over the Oregon massacre where ten people were murdered, says nothing about the biggest slaughterhouse in the nation, Planned Parenthood, who have taken over five hundred times that many babies who were born alive and then promptly murdered. Wait. He demands more taxpayer money for the butchers of Planned Parenthood.
10/01	Today, a tragic massacre occurred at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg Oregon when a mentally deranged Christopher Harper-Mercer murdered ten people and wounded another seven. Our also deranged president, Obama, immediately announced he wants to take guns away from the people who didn't do it. Liberal logic.
09/30	Today, Speaker John Boehner rammed a $1.1 Trillion spending bill through the House allowing the government to continue their massive deficit spending until mid December. Boehner, the wimp, included the democrat requested funds to allow Planned Parenthood, arguably the most hated organization in America, to continue operating and selling baby parts. Boehner will be gone for the next vote. There is hope.
09/25	Today, John Andrew Boehner (R-OH), Speaker of the House and poster child for "Term Limitations," announced his resignation from Congress effective October 30. This is good news and offers new life for the Republican party. Is Mitch McConnell listening?
09/22	Today, 90 year old Lawrence Peter "Yogi" Berra removed his soul and departed his body for the big diamond in the sky. As a Yankee catcher he was an 18 time All Star and 10 time World Series champion as a player and is one of only 4 players to win the American League MVP award. Thank you, Yogi, for your contribution of talent and wit that you shared with baseball and America. You will be missed.
08/29	An unelected, all-male village council in India has decided to punish a man who eloped with a married woman belonging to a higher caste, by ordering his two sisters, ages 23 and 15, to be paraded naked around town and then raped. What? Now isn’t that concept of “justice“ just peachy? This is happening in the 2nd largest populated country on Earth. It is no wonder the refugees of third-world UNCIVILIZED nations are invading the CIVILIZED countries of NORTH America and WESTERN Europe by the millions.
08/28	Thousands of muslims are, at enormous risk, fleeing their home countries and invading Europe. The intruders are from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Turkey, Libya and other muslim dominated nations of North Africa. I find it curious that it is MUSLIMS invading the Christian European countries and no Christians are seeking refuge and fleeing to muslim dominated countries. Thousands have died escaping the sharia paradise Mohammad and his imam and mullah enforcers have created while pursuing safety, peace, sanitation, food, education, health care, shelter and, of course, welfare benefits from the Christian infidels.
08/26	Today young Alison Parker and Adam Ward, while conducting a live television broadcast for station WDBJ in Roanoke, VA, were shot to death by Vester Lee Flanagan. Obama and the Liberals have turned this tragedy into an issue about guns while ignoring the racist and sex deprived actions of the deranged killer. For some reason, liberals believe that killers will not kill and they will obey gun laws.
08/20	A Clinton appointed liberal federal judge in Boise, Idaho ruled that a city ordinance banning sleeping or camping in public places is unconstitutional simply because “. . . sleeping is a life-sustaining activity . . . ” and enforcement criminalizes a person for being homeless. Therefore, such laws violate the Eighth Amendment protection against cruel and unusual punishment, making them unconstitutional. Great thinking! Great reasoning! The next logical step follows eliminating body waste is a “life-sustaining activity.” Reproduction to preserve the species is a “life-sustaining activity.” Consequently, there shall be NO LAWS forbidding defalcating and fornicating ANYWHERE. Great judge! Liberal Logic!
08/19	Today the impotent United Nations announced Iran will be allowed to use its own inspectors to investigate a site it has been accused of using to develop nuclear arms, operating under a secret agreement with the U.N. agency that normally carries out such work, according to a document seen by The Associated Press. Brilliant! Just Brilliant! Bonehead Barack and Ketchup Johnny and the "Obamabomb Nuclear Agreement" at their finest hour.
08/17	Al Capone, a white man, owed the government $150K in back taxes so they threw him in prison. Al Sharpton, a black man, owes the government $4.5M in back taxes and Obama invites him to the White House for dinner.
07/31	Jesus Yeizon Deniz Mendoza, 18-year-old Mexican national, shot and killed Good Samaritans Jason and Tana Shane and wounded their 24 year old daughter. They saw his vehicle stalled on the side of the road Wednesday and tried to help. Mendoza, charged July 2 for illegal drug possession, and released, was charged again July 6 for felony burglary of jewelry and four handguns and a judge released him his own recognizance. WHAT? The surviving Shane family and their loved ones will LOVE this judge forever.
07/30	Robert Levinson, Jason Rezaian, Amir Hekmati, Saeed Abedini, four men being held prisoner in Iran, and even after "Bonehead Barack" and "Ketchup Johnny" negotiated an absurd Nuclear Agreement with Iran, Obama left them behind. Forgotten! It is very strange how vocal and vigorously Obama pursued justice for Travon Martin, Michael Brown, Emmet Till, Freddie Gray or Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates, Jr. but abandoned the prisoners in Iran. Admittedly, there are differences. The prisoners are Christian. And White.
07/29	Planned Parenthood, the nation's (and probably the world’s) biggest abortionist 2013-2014 annual report listed $1.3B in revenues. Among their other opportunities, PP has a sizable marketing operation in retailing dead baby parts which, of course, is reflected in their significant revenues. PP says it doesn’t SELL those baby parts (which would be illegal) but it admits accepting payment for getting those dead baby parts to researchers. If you really scrutinize that comment, you will spot the HUGE difference between “selling” and “accepting payment.”
07/28	Today Representative Mark Meadows (R-S.C.) offered a motion to "Vacate the Chair" of Speaker of the House John Boehner. A bold and courageous, long overdue motion that if not successful will be very dangerous to Mr. Meadows career. The Speaker is a powerful man who will punish the congressman and remove him from all committee chairmanships and membership of all important committees. I do not see success here but I certainly wish him the best.
07/25	The horrifying Planned Parenthood video released July 14 which depicts Planned Parenthood selling unborn baby parts for cash shocked the nation. However, prosecutors are now pursuing the people who made the video. Selling unborn baby parts? "No problem!" Recording the lunchtime conversation? "Come here boy. We want to talk to you."
07/24	Today U.S. District Judge (CA) Dolly M. Gee, an Obama appointee, ruled that illegal alien parents with children should be released and not held in custody. OK. Why are we holding illegal alien parents with children in the first place? We should fingerprint and DNA them and returned to the Mexican border. This judge has just released thousands of illegal aliens into our society where they will continue their criminal activity and overrun the social services of real Americans.
07/20	Export-Import Bank was born February 2, 1934. It is the official export credit agency of the US created by FDR. A democrat. Ex-Im's charter expired June 30, 2015 and is now officially dead. However, Speaker John Boehner, republican, is trying to resurrect this corporate welfare beast by attaching a charter renewal to the necessary transportation bill working through congress. It is dead! Let it stay dead. Shrinking a bloated government is not a sin.
07/16	Today in Chattanooga, Mohammad Youssuf Abdulazeez, a muslim of course, shot and killed four of our U.S. Marines and wounded another four civilians. Authorities have stated that Mohammad has no connections to a terrorist organization. WHAT? The dirtbag is a muslim! What other “evidence" do they need? I wonder if Barack Hussein Obama will telephone "presidential comfort" to the Marine families as he did for Travon Martin, Michael Brown, Emmet Till and Freddie Gray.

07/13	Today Obama proudly announced his desperate nuclear agreement with the murderous, lying muslims of Iran. The muslims of Palestine, Syria and Iran are dancing in the streets congratulating each other on their victory. Does that dipshit Obama expect the abominable Iranian muslims to honor that or any other treaty?
07/09	Today Kathryn Steinle is laid to rest after being murdered by Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, a Mexican Illegal Alien. An interesting thought is when Trayvon Martin, a Black man, was killed, when Michael Brown, a Black man, was killed, when Emmet Till, a Black man, was killed, when Freddie Gray, a Black man, was killed, President Barack Hussein Obama, a Black man, found time to telephone the victims families and offer presidential comfort. Interestingly, when Kathryn Steinle, a White woman, was killed, no comfort to the family was offered by Obama, a Black man.
07/08	Today the brilliant Nancy Pelosi, who supports the democrats open border policies and lives in San Francisco, a Sanctuary City, commented on Mr. Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, whose considerable criminal record includes seven felony convictions and had been deported from the United States five times and confessed to murdering Kathryn Steinle, said we need more gun control. Mr. Lopez-Sanchez stated he "found" the Glock 19 on Pier 14 wrapped in a T-shirt and when he picked it up it "accidentally" fired three times. Now that's a good defense story from a stand-up guy. SCOTUS would buy that in a heart-beat.
07/05	Today Team America defeated Japan 5-2 to win the women's FIFA World Cup soccer tournament. Fantastic! Cheers for our team!
07/05	Today the slackers of Greece voted 61% to 38% not to pay back money they had borrowed from other taxpayers of the Euro Zone or to curtail any of their outlandish socialist welfare programs and union labor benefits. Instead, they will wait for a more generous reduction of their outstanding obligations by terrified creditors. Too big to fail? Greece is a tiny, greedy little nation with practically no economy. Let them sink. No one will miss them.
07/02	Today the Christian owners of a former bakery were officially ordered by the Oregon labor commissioner to pay $135,000 to a lesbian couple after the bakers declined to bake a wedding cake for the couple due to their religious beliefs. We are going to see a lot more litigation of this nature.
06/26	Today SCOTUS ruled that Americans have the Constitutional right to same-sex marriage. Since marriage is such a private matter I wonder just why the federal government is involved.
06/25	Today SCOTUS ruled that the Obamacare law says "Exchange established by the State" is not quite right and what it really means is "Exchange established by the State or the Federal Government." SCOTUS has decided their job is NOT to interpret the laws, it is their job to FIX the laws.
05/26	Today the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals denied a request from the Obama administration to stay a lower court order to cease awarding legal status and work permits for 5 Million illegal aliens and to terminate Obama's Executive Order to stop deportation of illegals. Kudos to the 5th Circuit Court. American taxpayers won this battle. America won.
05/25	Over the Memorial Holiday in Chicago, who has the strictest gun laws in the nation, 12 people were killed and 43 were wounded. Wow! It sure is a good thing guns are against the law in Chicago. My hometown of Phoenix, AZ, who has no gun laws, nobody was murdered.
05/18	Today SCOTUS ruled (9-0) that corporations have a fiduciary responsibility to maximize the returns to employee ERISA 401(k) plans. First glance at the ruling looks good for the employee. However, I strongly suspect that employers, nation wide, will begin to review their offerings of a 401(k) benefit. If I were a corporation I would drop the 401(k) benefit to protect myself and my shareholders from potential litigation brought by disgruntled employees.
04/27	Iranian gunboats operated by muslim Revolutionary Guards fired shots at the Marshall Islands-flagged container ship, M/V Maersk Tigris, forcing her into Iranian waters then boarded the ship and seized the cargo and crew. Muslims have been active in piracy since their birth by Mohammad who himself was a pirate. Our dufus president Obama is currently negotiating a NUCLEAR agreement with these same people. That agreement will make sense only to Obama and the muslims.
04/25	While the blacks in Baltimore are rioting, burning and grabbing free stuff, brilliant black mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, made this brilliant comment: “I’ve made it very clear that I work with the police and instructed them to do everything that they could to make sure that the protesters were able to exercise their right to free speech. It’s a very delicate balancing act, because we tried to make sure that they were protected from the cars and the other things that were going on, we also gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well. And we worked very hard to keep that balance and to put ourselves in the best position to de-escalate, and that’s what you saw.” Huh? SPACE? Brilliant. Just brilliant!
04/01	Obama missed his deadline with Iran for a nuclear agreement. No surprise, after all we have been attempting to negotiate this agreement with Iran for 12 years. Why? The entire world knows Iran will not honor any agreement. After all, they are muslims. We will end up with a situation similar to North Korea where by the time we discovered they built their bomb it was too late to destroy it in fear they would use it. History repeats itself.
03/28	Here is an advertisement placed by a national grocery chain in my local newspaper for "Wholesome@Home Roasted Chicken." $6.99. The fine print reads: "Available 10am-9pm or it's FREE!" What a deal! If we don't have it, you don't have to pay for it. Or, if it's not available, it’s FREE! Or, if it’s sold out, it’s FREE! Now that’s a better deal than Obamacare.
03/27	Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton did not use the secure government email program instead used her personal server located in her personal home at Chappaqua, NY. Emails to the Secretary of State do not belong to Hillary. They belong to the Secretary of State. When she leaves her office the emails stay behind. She now admits she destroyed all of the government emails and she even went so far as to wipe her personal server clean to be sure they could never be recovered. Destruction of government property, destruction of evidence, violation of the Federal Records Act. Fortunately for Hillary, her prosecutors will be Obama/Holder Justice Department, Mitch McConnell and John Boehner. Not to worry Hillary.

03/01	Do not disparage Obama for saying he does not have time to attend Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech tomorrow at a joint session of congress. He is a busy man. Oddly however, this presidential butthead has found time to spend 219 days golfing and visit with his brother racist and close personal advisor, Al Sharpton, more than 61 times. But, I can understand why. Mr. Netanyahu is very bright and his intelligent dialogue would, no doubt, confuse Obama while Mr. Sharpton and Obama are close intellectual equals. The bill prohibits Arizona from using any personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer or cooperate with a policy order issued by the DOJ or an executive order issued by the president of the United States that has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States. The current leader is Martin Laird with 132 strokes, -10, and Tiger is in position 132 with 155 strokes, +13. In his 1951 farewell speech to congress Five star General Douglas MacArthur stated: "Old soldiers never die; they just fade away." In Tiger's case, this old golfer simply died from too many strokes. Problems in his personal life have destroyed his professional life.

I am not making this up. An illegal alien murderer was just released. He was only doing the jobs other Americans don't want to do.
01/20	The U.S.A. Supreme Court is reviewing the challenges to same sex marriages and will likely announce their decision in late June. IMHO, the court will rule in favor of the marriages. The Constitution, Amendment XIV, Section I, reads: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." (bold font is my emphasis)
01/18	The Constitution of the United States, Article IV, Section. 2. reads: The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. Please note, It reads "Citizens." It does NOT READ "Citizens, including illegal aliens,” Illegal aliens DO NOT have the rights granted to legal citizens. Very clear. Why are the politicians confused?
01/17	A resolution to the illegal immigration is, in reality, quite elementary. First, eliminate all taxpayer funded social services to any individual lacking appropriate citizenship or immigration documentation. Second, fully prosecute every employer hiring any individual lacking appropriate citizenship or immigration documentation. End the unconstitutional concept of “Anchor Baby” citizenship. Do this and we will need to deport no one. Illegal aliens will go home all by themselves.

01/11	Today world leaders from more than 40 nations attended a memorial in Paris to honor the victims of the muslim attack on Charlie Hebdo offices and employees and to show unity against the barbarians of islam. Obama was a no-show. I guess he is afraid to offend muslims.
01/10	Today muslims used a little 10 year old girl as a suicide bomber and they killed 20 people and wounded 18. I do not believe there is any depth to which muslims will not stoop just to murder people.
01/08	Today Nancy Pelosi, Democrat of course, stated “But I do think that if there’s ever going to be an opportunity to raise the gas tax, the time when gas prices are so low — oil prices are so low — is the time to do it.” Currently, government already taxes gasoline at 48.48 cents per gallon average per state. Big greedy oil companies earn 8 cents per gallon for exploring, extraction, transporting, refining, delivering and retailing a gallon of gasoline and the government makes 48+ cents. And the government wants more.
01/07	On the same day of the Paris-Charlie Hebdo attack killing 12 and wounding 10, in Baga, Nigeria, Boko Haram muslims slaughtered approximately 2,000 Christians, Jews, men, women, children and wounding 500 and, of course, torturing, maiming and raping for additional merriment. But you didn’t know about that did you? 22 French causalities are news. 2,500 Nigerian causalities are not.
01/07	In Paris, the office of satirical newspaper "Charlie Hebdo" was raided by two muslims bearing automatic rifles shouting "God is great" and "We have avenged the prophet" resulting in the death of ten newspaper employees, two Paris police officers and wounding another ten. French President Francois Hollande called it ". . . a terrorist attack without a doubt" while Obama spokesman Josh Earnest, refused to call it an act of terrorism, stated it is a ". . . terrible act of violence" three times and comically announced (islam) ". . . it's a peaceful religion." We have heard no outrage or solace from other muslims.
01/06	Today, the 114th Congress begins sessions. Republicans control both the House and the Senate so we now have some hope of stopping at least some of Obama's executive orders. Their achievements depend upon what republicans have learned the past six years and whether or not Speaker of the House, John Boehner, and Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell have grown a spine and will exercise their offices with authority. I wish them great success but, unfortunately, I have little confidence in either of them.
01/02	Spain, socialistic, bankrupt, commercially immoral and desperate for revenue, decided to tax Google News for showing links to the one and two lines of excerpts from Spanish Newspaper articles. The tax went into effect January 01. Google chose to shut down the news service rather than pay the link tax. Now the Spanish newspapers are upset at the loss of free traffic from Google links and the Spanish government is upset after spending time and money writing a Google tax bill and not receiving any revenue. I am willing to bet the tax bill will be repealed. Good for Google!
